Linear Multi Wireless Power Transfer: Simultaneous Contactless Power for Moving Applications

最新情報

The "Linear Multi Wireless Power Transfer System" enables simultaneous, contactless power delivery to multiple receiving units as they move along a linear transmitting track.

Designed for dynamic applications, this system is ideal for linear conveyor modules, ensuring a stable and uninterrupted power supply to moving equipment. By eliminating cables, it resolves common issues such as wire fatigue and wear, significantly enhancing equipment reliability and reducing maintenance requirements.

Continuous Power Across the Entire Stroke

The transmitting track can be configured in lengths of over 1 meter, allowing for seamless power transfer throughout the entire transport stroke. The system flexibly supports one or multiple receivers, with each unit capable of delivering over 100W of power. Furthermore, a one-to-one transmitter-receiver configuration supports integrated signal communication.

Demo units are available upon request.

Customizable to Meet Your Requirements! Excellent Versatility

Output voltages (e.g., 5V, 12V, 24V) can be customized to power a wide range of devices, including sensors, actuators, and various other equipment. Depending on system conditions, the system achieves high efficiency of 60–90%, balancing energy savings with high performance.

In Japan, transmission power exceeding 50W requires registration as "high-frequency equipment" under the Radio Act. B&PLUS manages this application process free of charge. Leveraging our extensive expertise and proven track record, we significantly minimize the administrative burden during your implementation.

High-Power Linear Wireless Power Transfer

As a next-generation technology that expands the possibilities of linear transport, this system provides powerful support for the realization of smart factories.
