REMOTE Sensor System
What's Remote System
 
The Remote System supplies power inductively from fixed side to moving side as well as they transmit signals between each part.
Remote sensor system Simultaneously supply operation power to the Detector etc., and transmit detected signal and output to the external controller.
Remote coupler system Simultaneously supply operation power to the Detector or driving unit, transmit interactively detected signal and control signal, and output/input to the external device.

Remote link system

*Remote Link System has been integrated into the Remote Coupler System

Remote Link System supplies power and transmits bidirectional signal for many sensors or actuators by using I/O units which made link connection.

Remote power supply system Remote system for power supply only which inductively supply power.
Remote system solves the problem of related to the rotation, the movement, the machine according to detaching, and Power supply and Transmission signal on the device.

 Rotation unit
-No tangled cable
-No cable breakage
-No need to reverse the table rotation

 Removable unit

-No connector attachment nor dis-attachment is needed
-Power supply and signal transmission start as soon as exchanging unit.
-As electrical part is not exposed, it is safety for operators.

 Moving pallet
-Power supply and signal transmission start as soon as a pallet arrives.
-As electrical part is not exposed, it is safety for operators.

-Compared with connector use, positioning is not severe.
Remote system has following features.
The existence of plastic or glass in the air gap will not influence the efficiency of power supply or signal transmission. Protection class of our Remote System is IP67, and can be used under heavy duty factory automation conditions.

Input and Output signal can be connected directory to I/O unit on PLC. If Transmitter(Remote) comes in the transmission area of Output Sensor(Base), it outputs an in-zone signal and informs timing of signal input and output.

The Remote System is composed of the Transmitter (Remote) attached to moving part and the Output Sensor (Base) attached to fixed part.

Functions of the Transmitter (Remote) Functions of the Output Sensor (Base)
Accept power from the Output Sensor on fixed part and supply power to the connecting Detector or driving unit, and simultaneously communicate between the Output Sensor. In the case of Separate Amplifier type, it is composed of Head part and Amplifier part. The Output Sensor is connected to 24VDC and the controller. It inductively supplies power to the Transmitter at the moving part as well as communicates with the Transmitter or the controller.
In the case of Separate Amplifier type, it is composed of Head part and Amplifier part.

* The Transmitter and the Ourput sensor should be same size on same table.

* Driving current varies depending on the operating distance and center off-set.
