We have started offering a "rail-type robot verification package" equipped with wireless charging functionality.
1. Background – The affinity between wireless charging and rail robots
As the need for automation in factories and construction sites increases, B&PLUS is seeing a growing demand for wireless charging solutions that can be combined with rail-based robots.
Rail robots are designed to operate along fixed points and routes, making them highly compatible with wireless charging. On the other hand, automation systems are built by combining cameras, sensors, and other components, resulting in configurations that vary depending on the application, and a lack of environments for pre-validation is a challenge.
Against this backdrop, we developed this product as a common platform integrating robotics and wireless charging. This allows users to first test the product using actual devices.

2. Product Overview – Test Package for Immediate Use
This product is a system that integrates a rail-running robot with wireless charging, RFID control, and Wi-Fi communication functions, making it easy to verify and evaluate automation.

By providing a complete system including rails, robots, and control functions, it is possible to immediately verify basic automation operations such as "automatic movement to a designated location," "patrol operation," "reciprocating movement," and "remote control" with the actual machine after installation.

• Rail structure with changeable layout

The rail structure uses aluminum frames manufactured by Misumi, allowing for flexible layout changes and expansions. Furthermore, it is browser-based, eliminating the need for app installation, and can be intuitively operated from smartphones and tablets.

3. Value and Development as a Base Platform
This product is not a device specialized for a specific application; by combining it with cameras, 3D mapping, and various sensors, it can be developed into a system tailored to applications such as patrolling, inspection, and recording.
While floor-traveling robots (AGVs/AMRs) are currently widespread, there are limited general-purpose bases for rail-traveling robots. This product serves as a base platform for rail robots, utilizing the overhead space to enable stable operation at fixed points and along fixed routes without obstructing floor movement.
Going forward, we will support the construction of more advanced automation systems by advancing camera integration, 3D mapping integration, sensor fusion, and other technologies.
4. Expected Usage Scenarios
Rail robots are expected to be used for monitoring and inspection purposes in construction sites, tunnels, and underground facilities. They are also anticipated to be used for patrol checks in offices and factories, and for remote monitoring in areas that are difficult for humans to access.

On the other hand, there are challenges for practical operation, such as waterproofing and communication environment, but this product can be used as a base for verification and evaluation taking these conditions into account.
