Remote Sensor System Relay Boxes Now Available

We are pleased to announce the launch of two new relay boxes for remote sensor systems: RPK-P1012 and RPK-P2G12-M12.

Two types are available: the grommet type RPK-P1012 and the cable gland type RPK-P2G12-M12. Each relay box can connect up to 12 detection sensors, and by linking two boxes together, up to 24 sensors can be supported. Unlike our previous models made of metal, these new relay boxes are made of resin, making them lighter and more cost-effective.

Before Implementation

• No more movable cable sections or curl cords, eliminating wire breakage.

Before Implementation
• Connector detachment on die bases during mold replacement was a burden for operators.
• Manual handling caused time loss.

After Implementation
• Simply setting the die base with the mold into the press machine is sufficient.
• Operations have significantly improved, eliminating time loss.
