to the advanced version of charging simulation.

What you can do with charging simulation

1: If you have an existing AGV ...

Looking at the balance between running time and charging time, how many charging STs are needed?
Also, whether the capacity of the battery is sufficient for the capacity currently used, etc.
It is possible to verify.

 

2: When introducing a new AGV from now on ...

In line construction, what kind of operation method should be used without battery replacement
Whether it can be operated every day, compare and verify by changing the conditions arbitrarily,
It is also possible to make a proposal before introducing the AGV.

 

3: After the introduction of wireless charging ...

Even after the introduction of B & PLUS wireless charging
It is also possible to verify how improvements were made before and after the introduction.

First of all, I would like to introduce the basic simulation.

1: Check the situation. The contents I would like to confirm are as follows.

① Battery model and capacity

② Confirmation of running / stopping time per cycle

③ Whether charging is possible when stopped

④ Current consumption when running / stopping

⑤ Daily operation status

We will ask the customer for this information and organize the desired conditions.

2: Measure the current consumption of AGV.

Install a current logger on the AGV you are considering and measure the current consumption.

From there, we will check the current consumption during running and the current consumption when stopped.

 

3: Simulation proposal

As shown in the table below, when the battery level starts from full.If you repeat consumption (running) and charging during the day,Examine how the battery level changes.

advanced version 1:

Verifying with different powers in the same cycle At B & PLUS

We have products from 30w to 2kW (scheduled to be released at the end of May).
From among them, the most suitable product that suits the customer's operation
We are proposing. Even if the customer is at a loss when choosing a charger Rest assured by performing a simulation It is possible to install a charger. Looking at the graph below, 10 minutes running 1.5 minutes repeated charging, Since it is predicted that there will be no margin in operation if it is 600w, In the case shown in the table below, we recommend 1kW.

 

advanced version 2
: Verifying with the same power and different cycles

This verification is done with the same power without changing the running time. It is a graph verified by arbitrarily changing only the charging time. The equipment has already been selected by the customer, When you want to know how many minutes the charging time can be secured for operation I will do this simulation. There is no room for 1 minute charging, but if you can secure 2 minutes charging time, You can see that you can operate with a margin.

 

advanced version 3: Daily driving verification

The verification so far has seen the verification of one day,When operating the next day, In some cases,
you may be wondering if you will have it without replacing the battery.In such cases, it is possible to verify daily driving.
