Identifying and verifying work piece on a turntable
Point!
Continuous cycle of Loading, welding and unloading. By using 3 jigs mounted on a turntable turning 120 degree at a time. Remote system supplies power to 8 proximity switches and transmits their switching state.
Previous problems
-- Cable breakage from stress -- Time loss from home positioning due to physical limitation of the cable.
After improvement
-- Eliminated stress points, eliminated cable breakage problems. -- Turntable can turn continuously,without homing. Improved efficiently.
